1. Introduction

HealthifyDigital ("we", "our", or "us") built the TariffMate app as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

By using TariffMate, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

TariffMate is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Calculation data — tariff calculations you perform are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers.
• App preferences — your selected language and default currency are stored locally on your device.
• Exchange rates — we fetch live currency exchange rates from the Frankfurter API (European Central Bank data). No personal data is sent during this request.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use advertising networks or analytics SDKs.
• We do not share any data with third parties.
• We do not store any data on our own servers.

4. In-App Purchases

TariffMate offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade via Google Play's in-app purchase system. All payment transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment or billing information. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party service:

• Frankfurter API (frankfurter.app) — provides live currency exchange rates sourced from the European Central Bank. No personal data is transmitted.

6. Data Retention

All data stored by TariffMate (calculation history, preferences) is stored only on your device. We do not store any data on our servers.

• Calculation history — stored on your device until you manually clear it via History → Clear History, or until you uninstall the app.
• App preferences (language, default currency) — stored on your device until you uninstall the app.
• Pro unlock status — stored on your device and managed by Google Play. Can be restored at any time via Settings → Restore Purchase.

7. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:

• Delete calculation history — open the app → go to History tab → tap the delete icon → confirm. All calculation records are permanently deleted immediately.
• Delete all app data — go to your phone's Settings → Apps → TariffMate → Storage → Clear Data. This removes all locally stored data instantly.
• Uninstall the app — uninstalling TariffMate from your device permanently removes all locally stored data.

Since we do not store any personal data on our servers, there is no need to contact us to request data deletion. All deletion happens instantly on your device.

8. Children's Privacy

TariffMate is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.

9. Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, your information is protected by your device's own security mechanisms. We do not transmit personal data over the internet.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
